Soil Water Availability in Indonesia January 2017 (Update February 2017) Description:

Less : if the soil water availability <40%
Moderate : if the soil water availability 40% - 60%
Sufficient : if the soil water availability > 60%

If the level of soil water availability is less than 0% indicates the water content of the region is under the permanent wilting point, and if more than 100% indicates there has been a surplus (saturated water).
